Definite.
What?
Definite that is.

Is it really?
Definite, because there’s no oil wells in England.  There’s coal mines.
So what do you think?
That England ought not to … ought to be steam, run by steam.  It’s all wrong to have motor power because the oil … oils and that have got to come across the sea and that … too costly.  The price of petrol and that, steam will beat it.  Steam … will come back in.  Because it will get so, we shan’t be able to get no oil and petrol later on.  That’s when steam will come in then.
